Welcome
We hear in the Gospels that Jesus calls many different people to follow Him. He calls teachers, fishermen, young people, in many ways and circumstances. Jesus even now calls us to walk with Him.
Each year on Holy Saturday during the Easter Vigil, thousands are baptized into the Catholic Church in the United States. Parishes welcome these new Catholics through the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA).

What is RCIA?
The goal of RCIA is to bring people into relationship with Christ. It is a sacramental formation process, that prepares individuals and communities for a particular way of life. Conversion is at the heart of that way of life. The RCIA helps the conversion experience.Who belongs in the RCIA:
- Unbaptized, uncatechized adults – this is the reason the RCIA was created.
- Baptized adults who have not received First Holy Communion and Confirmation.
- Baptized Christians – baptized in a Christian (not Catholic) Church seeking full communion in the Catholic Church.
If you or a friend are feeling that call to start a journey with Jesus through the sacraments of Initiation (Baptism, Eucharist, Confirmation), please join us.
